Withdrawal and Cancellation: No Refunds will be given unless Tzama Nafshi cancels the trip.
Medical: I am medically fit to be on a traveling trip. According to my medical record I have no pre-existing conditions which would deem it unsafe to be on the trip.
Visas: If you are not a US/UK/Israei citizen you may need a visa for entry to the Ukraine. It is your responsibility to obtain a visa if you are not a US/UK/Israeli citizen.
Medical Insurance: Besides for the mandatory Ukranian Insurance, which Kaplan Custom Tours Ltd. will obtain for you, we require having a medical travelers insurance.
Credit Card Fee: Payment via a US credit card maybe subject to a 3% transaction fee.
